Ingredients:
4 Eggs
Milk 250 ml
Ghee 50 gms.
Little kaju, kismis
Salt (as per taste)
Sugar (2 tea spoon)
4 ealichi, 2 bay leaf
Capsicum 1 small
Green chilly 4-5
1 small carrot
1 small potato
Green peas 1 tbl spoon
A masala paste of half tea spoon of ginger paste,1 tea spoon of red chili powder, quarter tea spoon of turmeric powder,1 tea spoon of cummin powder, half tea spoon of garam-masala powder (mix all those masala with half cup of cold milk)

Preparation

1. Boil egg and take off shell, scratch it little, put salt and little turmeric, keep aside.
2.Cut potato in small cube shape, cut capsicum in big sizes, cut carrot in small strips, take the green peas, kaju, kismis.fry all together for 3-4 mins with a pinch of salt.
3. Fry the Eggs till it turns to little brown.
4. Take 35 gms of Ghee on a non sticky pan, give elaichi & bay leaf as phoran. put 4 slit green chili.
5. Now give the full mixed masala on the hot oil and fry it for 4-5 mins covering the pan, add salt as per taste.
6. put the rest of the milk on the spices, wait till the milk comes to almost boiling point.
7. Add fried potato and eggs into the milk, turn the gas to less flame.
8. Wait for another 8-10 mins, add 2 tea spoon of sugar and add all the other vegetables.
9. Cook for another 2-3 mins.
10. Turn off from the heat , take it with jeera rice or pulav.
